Health plan types range from group coverage to individual coverage to specific health coverage like dental, maternity, etc. The Decision to select a health plan type is not needed for those who are fortunate enough to have coverage provided by an employer. For those who are not so fortunate, these decisions can often times become incredibly stressful, especially for those have prior history of coverage or are in serious need of coverage due to certain health conditions.
